Chad Robran
OWNER
Chad has worked in the medical field since 1996 as an orthopedic sales representative and manager. He was the co-founder and CEO of BoneFoam, a global leader in perioperative patient positioning, and former owner of Excel Medical Solutions, a distributor for leading orthopedic medical companies.
With a strong passion for advancing at-home care, Chad helped launch Prime Recovery to expand patient access to top-quality medical products in the comfort of their homes.
Beyond his professional career, Chad has always been dedicated to his community. He serves as the Head Coach of the Rockford High School track and field team and is a former President of both the Northwest Area Jaycees and the Corcoran Country Daze community event.
An avid outdoorsman, Chad enjoys time at the cabin, coaching youth sports, and spending time with his family. He lives in Greenfield, MN with his wife, Melonie, and their two children, Alyiah and Ethan.

Chris “Critter” Johnson
Partner
Critter spent eight years coaching hockey at Augsburg College (now Augsburg University) before transitioning into the medical field in 2017 as an orthopedic sales representative with Excel Medical Solutions. During his time at Excel, he worked closely with his partner, Chad, building a strong professional relationship. With a long-standing dream of starting his own company, Critter partnered with Chad to launch Prime Recovery.
Recently, Critter returned to full-time coaching with the Minnesota Frost of the PWHL, while continuing to help Chad and Braydon oversee the business.
Outside of work, Critter’s passion for coaching runs deep. He serves as a coach for his three daughters’ various sports teams. He believes strongly in using sports as a vehicle to ensure kids feel connected and seen.
Critter lives in St. Louis Park with his wife, Angie, and their three daughters—Hadley, Lyla, and Marlie.”

Braydon Hanson
Director of business development
Braydon focuses on driving growth and expanding our reach by identifying new opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients and partners. He work closely with all team members to understand needs, develop tailored solutions, and create strategies that deliver real value.

Jared Winship
Director of Enovis/DJO
Jared came to us with over 15 years of experience in the DME field, specializing in bracing. He currently leads our Enovis/DJO product lines, focusing on educating providers and patients on all things bracing, including custom bracing solutions and fittings.

Paul Lemke
Home Recovery Patient Care Manager
Paul oversees and coordinates all device deliveries to the field, ensuring patients receive their equipment on time. He is known for bringing both a smile and a helping hand to every patient he serves.

Surgical Manager
Mike has been an orthopedic sales representative since 2007. He manages all of the surgical lines while also focusing on growth and OR service to our surgeons.
