Chad Robran
Partner
Chad has been in the medical field since 1996 as an orthopedic medical sales rep and manager. He was a co-founder and CEO of BoneFoam, a global leader in perioperative patient positioning, and owns Excel Medical Solutions, a distributor for orthopedic medical companies.
Chad helped start Prime Recovery as he sees and feels a strong passion and desire for the future of at-home care. He feels a need to further the options for patients to have a way to bring top end medical care products into the convenience of their homes.
Outside of work, Chad has always had a passion for being an integral part of his community. He is the Head Coach of the Rockford High School track and field team and former President of the Northwest Area Jaycee’s and the Corcoran Country Daze community event.
Chad, an avid outdoorsman, loves spending time at the cabin, coaching various sports, and spending time with his family. He lives in Greenfield, MN with his wife Melonie and has two children, Alyiah and Ethan.
Chris “Critter” Johnson
Partner
Critter was a hockey coach at Augsburg College (now Augsburg University) for 8 years before transitioning into the medical field as an orthopedic sales rep at Excel Medical Solutions in 2017.
Critter worked for his partner Chad for over 5 years at Excel Medical, during which Critter and Chad developed a strong relationship. A dream to start and run his own company, Critter partnered with Chad to start Prime Recovery.
Outside of work, Critter is passionate about coaching. He is an assistant golf coach at Bethel University, color commentator for Bethel Men’s Hockey, and team coach for his 3 daughters various sports teams. He loves to use sports as a vehicle to ensure kids feel connected and seen.
Critter, an enthusiastic golfer, loves spending time with his family and Community Group (CMTY). He lives in St. Louis Park with his Wife Angie and has 3 daughters Hadley, Lyla, and Marlie.
Joel Ernst
Technician – Duluth, MN
Joel is currently a nurse at Essentia hospitals in Duluth, MN. Joel brings clinical expertise to the Prime Recovery team that matches our patient oriented vision.
Jesse Wilkins
Technician – Green Bay, WI
Jesse is currently a medical sales rep in Green Bay. Jesse brings OR experience and expertise to the Prime Recovery Team that matches our patient oriented vision.
